This risk analysis model looks into the various factors that play into a persons susceptibility to the Zika virus. More variables should be added, but this might be a good start in figuring out how resources should be distributed.

This SITUATION-ACTION model shows a basic response to an outbreak of an infectious disease in an isolated village. This might be amended for more densely populated areas or areas with more access to medical diagnostics.

This STRUCTURAL MODEL shows the general flow of the virus from vector to human and back again. The central loop shows humans going back and forth between infected and uninfected. The auxiliary red loop shows the viral transmission through the mosquito vector. The auxiliary blue loop shows the viral transmission from person to person.
